Hi! I'm Rachael. I'm a 24 year old embracing the post grad life working in the greater Boston area at an amazing non-profit.
My yoga journey began the summer I turned 18 in a hot Bikram room. For 90 minutes three times a week, I felt transformed. From that summer on, I found myself bouncing from yoga studios to yoga studios taking advantage of new student deals and trying everything from vinyasa to restorative and yin flows.
Through yoga, I've learned a lot about myself. You don't need to be "flexible" to practice yoga, you just need to breathe. I completed my 200 hour training in April 2017 and since then have taught throughout the Greater Boston area. My mission is to make yoga and wellness more accessible in a space where the norm says otherwise.
